mumbaipot holes

The honarble high court order to fill mumbai pot holes by 30aug06.I am afraid it will be completed. Even if it is showen covered it will just be an eye wash. The next rain before navrathri will remove it as sugar is placed in water. The way and the speed in which they are working will defeat the very purpose of the job. I request the honarble high court judges to give a verdict that the road building dept ,contractor are to bear the cost of these repairs. I am vey confident it will withstand antother drizzle which is there waiting. Why waste public money and your valued time for their blunders. I think the job must be handed over to ISO certified companies than the present contractors.
